Job Title: Relationship Manager – Privilege Acquisition
Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager – Privilege Acquisition is responsible for acquiring high-value customers (Privilege / Priority / Wealth segment) and building long-term relationships by offering tailored banking and financial solutions. The role focuses on new client acquisition, revenue generation, and delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new Privilege/Priority Banking customers through networking, referrals, and market activities
- Promote and sell a range of financial products including:
- Savings and current accounts
- Wealth management solutions (mutual funds, insurance, investments)
- Loans and credit cards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand clients’ financial needs and provide customized solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets for account acquisition and cross-selling
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, service) to deliver seamless service
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
