Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Administrator/Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier, packages)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, reports, filing)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

Requirements
