MOTOR WINDING TECHNICIAN (UAE 🇦🇪)

Position: Motor Winding Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: UAE

💼 Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Motor Winding Technicians with strong expertise in AC/DC motor rewinding, electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair work. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in motor dismantling, winding, testing, and fault diagnosis while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Perform rewinding of AC/DC motors, stators, armatures, and field coils

✅ Carry out electrical troubleshooting, inspection, and fault diagnosis

✅ Execute winding connections, insulation, soldering, brazing, and welding works

✅ Dismantle, clean, repair, assemble, and test electric motors and related components

✅ Operate testing equipment such as:

Baker Tester
PdMA Tester
Core Tester
Infrared Camera

✅ Conduct preventive maintenance and recommend corrective actions

✅ Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend reliability improvements

✅ Maintain proper documentation, reports, and service records

✅ Follow all safety procedures, workshop standards, and quality requirements

✅ Support installation and commissioning activities when required

🎯 Requirements

✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AC/DC motor rewinding

✔ Experience in random winding, form coil winding, armatures, and field frames

✔ Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

✔ Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools

✔ Ability to read technical drawings and winding diagrams

✔ Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Good attention to detail and organizational skills

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Salary: AED 1,550 – AED 3,550 (depending on experience) + Overtime
