📋 Job Summary
A Multi Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. This role requires a combination of technical skills to handle multiple types of maintenance work efficiently.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance:
- Wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, and DB panels
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and power issues
- Handle plumbing work:
- Repair leaks, pipes, taps, valves, and drainage systems
- Install and maintain water supply systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs
- Read technical drawings and service manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with other technicians when required
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and service records
