Are you a skilled machine operator with hands-on expertise in high-precision metal stamping, bending, and automated pre-assembly?
We are hiring an MCB Pre-Assembly Operator for a global leader in intelligent power management at their manufacturing operations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)!
What You’ll Do:
Machine Operation & Setup: Perform tool setups, alignments, and parameter adjustments on cam-controlled multi-slide & stamping-bending machines.
Tooling Maintenance: Execute daily setup, preventative care, alignment, and basic troubleshooting for precision metal stamping and bending tools.
High-Speed Automation: Operate automated contact welding, high-speed assembly lines, and perform inline quality checks to meet strict international standards.
System Diagnostics: Rapidly clear mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical faults to keep high-speed lines running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Machine Expertise: Strong experience on cam-controlled multi-slide/stamping machines — Bihler (strongly preferred), WAFIOS, Finzer, Schmale, or ZUB.
Tool Setup & TPM: Deep understanding of precision metal forming tools, die alignment, and preventative maintenance.
Technical Skills: Mechanical troubleshooting ability combined with working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
Industry Alignment: Background in circuit breakers (MCBs), switchgear, relays, contactors, or electrical protection systems.
