Job Description – Senior Financial Officer

💼 Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Officer to join a prestigious Family Office in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and monitoring a diversified investment portfolio, supporting strategic financial decisions, and coordinating with leading financial institutions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of diversified investment portfolios.
- Conduct financial and market research to identify and evaluate investment opportunities across various asset classes.
- Coordinate with private banks, wealth managers, brokers, investment advisors, and other financial institutions.
- Prepare detailed investment reports, portfolio performance summaries, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Track investment transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping and reconciliation.
- Monitor liquidity requirements and support treasury and cash management activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal investment policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Maintain confidential financial records and safeguard sensitive investment information.
- Support senior management with financial modeling, strategic planning, and investment decision-making.
- Assist in reviewing investment strategies and recommending portfolio optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in investment management, private banking, wealth management, treasury, or a Family Office environment.
- Experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) or Family Offices is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA are a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, financial markets, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
