Job Description – Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (Welding Products)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with experience in industrial sales, preferably in welding products, consumables, or related engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's range of welding products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable welding products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on inquiries, and successfully close sales.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and excellent customer service.
- Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and forecasting data.
- Identify and develop distributors, dealers, and strategic business partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up and after-sales support.
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and professional business standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or any graduate with strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in welding consumables, welding equipment, or related engineering products.
