Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Private Family Butler to provide discreet, personalized, and high-quality service to a private family in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for household hospitality, dining and beverage service, light housekeeping, guest care, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and personalized Butler service to the family and their guests.
- Anticipate and respond to the family's daily needs and preferences.
- Prepare and serve meals, refreshments, tea, coffee, and beverages.
- Provide attentive service during family dinners, formal events, celebrations, and private gatherings.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the residence.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties when required.
- Prepare bedrooms, guest rooms, dining areas, and other spaces before family or VIP guest arrivals.
- Set and clear tables for daily and formal dining.
- Serve food and beverages according to proper Butler etiquette and luxury hospitality standards.
- Assist with private dinners, parties, celebrations, and household events.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, champagne, coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Maintain the home bar, glassware, bar equipment, and beverage areas.
- Monitor beverage and household service supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Welcome and attend to family guests, VIPs, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain excellent etiquette, cultural awareness, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate effectively with other household staff to maintain high service standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience as a Butler, Private Butler, Family Butler, House Butler, or luxury hospitality professional.
- Previous experience working for a private family or UHNW household is highly preferred.
- Experience in private residences, luxury homes, Royal households, or UHNW families is highly desirable.
- Strong practical experience in Butler service, housekeeping, formal dining, and bartending.
- Experience serving VIPs, high-profile individuals, or international families is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of formal dining etiquette and luxury household service standards.
- Butler or Luxury Hospitality Certification is an advantage.
- Bartending or beverage-service certification is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail are essential.
