💰 Salary: INR 21–24 Lakhs CTC per month
👨💼 Experience Required
✅ CA: 5–8 years post-qualification experience
✅ Non-CA: 12–15 years of relevant experience
✅ F&B, FMCG, or Retail industry experience mandatory
✅ Proven team-handling experience mandatory
✅ Strong Finance & Accounts management experience
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function
• Financial accounting, reporting, MIS, budgeting & forecasting
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Manage receivables and payables
• GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Coordinate internal, statutory & tax audits
• Monitor costs, profitability, margins & financial risks
• Inventory and stock accounting
• Month-end & year-end financial closing
• Strengthen internal controls and finance processes
• Prepare financial reports and management insights
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team
🎓 Qualification & Skills
• CA qualification as applicable to the role
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit & financial reporting
• Experience with MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar
👤 Candidate Profile
Experienced finance professional with strong leadership and team-management skills and relevant experience in F&B, FMCG, or Retail.
