Job Summary
Prepare accurate civil and structural drawings, supporting engineers and site teams throughout construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed construction plans, sections and elevations.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Revise drawings according to project specifications and engineers’ instructions.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams and other departments.
- Check drawing accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing records and revision histories.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant civil drafting experience in construction.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and drafting standards.
- Good attention to detail, coordination and organizational skills.
- Relevant technical qualification preferred.
