Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Promote products and encourage customer purchases.
- Explain product features, benefits and promotional offers.
- Maintain product availability, shelf visibility and attractive displays.
- Conduct product sampling and demonstrations when required.
- Collect customer feedback and submit daily promotional reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and promotional targets.
- Coordinate with store teams on stock availability and replenishment.
Requirements
- Previous FMCG experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, customer service and selling skills.
- Confident, approachable and professional manner.
- Ability to engage customers and work towards sales targets.
