Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to prepare coordinated shop drawings, manage revisions and support project teams with accurate technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings according to project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Update drawings based on site changes and RFI responses.
- Maintain drawing registers and revision logs.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing Engineering preferred.
- 2–4 years of MEP drafting experience; UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; 2D and 3D skills preferred.
- Revit knowledge is an advantage.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
