Job Summary
Support and lead assigned cold kitchen sections, maintaining consistent food quality and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of salads, cold dishes and buffet items.
- Cover different sections according to operational needs.
- Guide junior chefs and monitor presentation standards.
- Control stock rotation, portioning and wastage.
- Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Requirements
- Relevant cold kitchen experience at a suitable supervisory level.
- Strong preparation, presentation and organization skills.
- Ability to work across sections and guide team members.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures.
