Job Summary
Support cold kitchen preparation and assist senior chefs with daily section operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, salads and cold menu items.
- Assist with buffet preparation and presentation.
- Maintain mise en place and workstation cleanliness.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and storage procedures.
- Support junior colleagues during service.
Requirements
- Relevant cold kitchen experience.
- Good preparation and presentation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
