Job Summary
Manage an assigned cold kitchen section and maintain consistent preparation and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare salads, appetizers and other cold dishes.
- Organize daily mise en place and section workflow.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage and stock rotation.
- Maintain hygiene and portion control standards.
Requirements
- Relevant cold kitchen experience.
- Ability to manage a section independently.
- Strong food presentation and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and storage practices.
