Job Summary
Support the preparation of Arabic cuisine while maintaining recipe, presentation and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with Arabic dishes.
- Support daily mise en place and kitchen service.
- Follow approved recipes and portioning standards.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and storage.
- Maintain clean workstations and assist junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Relevant experience preparing Arabic cuisine.
- Knowledge of Arabic ingredients and cooking methods.
- Good organization and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service.
- Awareness of food safety and hygiene practices.
