We are seeking a hands-on professional with strong experience in soft services operations, team management, client relations, quality control, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily soft services operations across assigned sites.
- Manage supervisors and multicultural cleaning teams.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
- Manage cleaning consumables, equipment, and PPE inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Resolve client feedback and service-related complaints.
- Train and onboard staff on company standards and procedures.
- Manage budgets and monitor operational costs.
- Prepare service performance, staffing, and operational reports.
- Support business development, estimation, and project costing.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of soft services management experience in the FM industry; Qatar or GCC experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning, deep cleaning, industrial cleaning, swimming pool cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and hospitality services.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience managing multicultural teams across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, equipment, and health and safety practices.
- Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic preferred.
