Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team at a reputed hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the bar area’s cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to the hotel’s standards and recipes.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Support bar inventory management and restocking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or bar in Dubai (preferred).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: AED 2250 per month
