Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a reputed hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a high-quality hotel, restaurant, or bar and a strong passion for providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed hotel, restaurant, or bar in Dubai (preferred).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and on flexible shifts.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: AED 1850 per month
🏠 Accommodation, Transportation, Visa, Medical & Food: Provided by the hotel
