Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team at a reputed hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in a high-standard hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they receive excellent service.
- Manage table reservations and guest waiting lists.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed hotel, restaurant, or bar in Dubai (preferred).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent grooming standards and a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: AED 1850 per month
🏠 Accommodation, Transportation, Visa, Medical & Food: Provided by the hotel
💵 Additional Benefits: Tips + Service Charge (SC)
