We’re on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources function across the UAE and KSA. 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🌍 Oversight: UAE & KSA operations
📊 Experience: 15+ years in HR (with 5+ years in regional leadership)
🏭 Preferred Industries: Industrial Services, Logistics, Construction, or Heavy Equipment
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Define and lead HR strategy across UAE & KSA
🔹 Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and development programs
🔹 Ensure full compliance with UAE & KSA Labour laws and visa regulations
🔹 Drive HR digital transformation, ERP implementation, and process re-engineering
🔹 Champion employee engagement and retention across diverse teams
🔹 Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to align HR with business goals
✅ What We’re Looking For
🔹 Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/CIPD/SHRM preferred)
🔹 Strong background in regional HR leadership
🔹 In-depth understanding of UAE & KSA Labour environments
🔹 Experience with HRMS/ERP systems and HR analytics
🔹 Excellent communication and change management skills
🔹 Arabic proficiency is a plus
