Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Interior Designer specializing in corporate workspace projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative, functional, and inspiring work environments that align with our clients' brand identity and culture, focusing on employee well-being and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development for corporate office and workspace projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, culture, and functional requirements.
- Develop space planning, concept mood boards, material palettes, and full design presentations.
- Produce detailed design development packages, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in workplace design, furniture, and technology.
- Source and select appropriate FF&E that meets the design concept, budget, and functional needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed corporate workspace projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, building codes, and fit-out construction methods.
- Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
