Job Description:
A leading multi-national design studio is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Hospitality Designer to lead the design of high-profile hotel, F&B, and resort projects. This role requires a visionary individual with a proven track record in creating exceptional and commercially successful hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases for luxury hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and beach clubs.
- Present design concepts and strategies directly to high-level clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing creative direction and ensuring design excellence.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive design packages, ensuring they meet the client's brand standards, operational needs, and budget.
- Collaborate with international teams, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to its creative reputation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of high-end interior design experience, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating a history of completed 5-star hotel or ultra-luxury F&B projects.
- Proven experience working within a renowned, multi-national design studio.
- Expertise in FF&E selection, custom design, and materiality specific to high-traffic hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership, client-facing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
