Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Reports To: Head of HR / Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: UAE (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi)
Salary Range: AED 20,000 - AED 25,000 per month
Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment function and team. This role focuses on operational excellence in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the organization's immediate and short-term workforce needs. The manager ensures the recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline for both active and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level positions, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for specific business units or projects.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Set performance goals for the recruitment team, monitor KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire), and drive continuous improvement.
- Allocate recruitment resources effectively across various business units.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Provide expert guidance and market intelligence to hiring managers on compensation benchmarks, candidate availability, and interview best practices.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external vendors, ensuring value for money.
Process Improvement & Employer Branding:
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies (Applicant Tracking System - ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness in the talent market.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial capacity, leading a team.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment across various functions and levels.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and other HR software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
