✅ Detailed Role Requirements
1. Exams Officer cum Data Analyst
(Must have experience in the same or a similar role in an educational setting)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of internal and external examinations, including registration, timetabling, and logistics.
- Ensure strict adherence to examination board regulations and JCQ (or equivalent) standards.
- Collect, manage, and analyze student performance data to produce insightful reports for school leadership.
- Utilize data analysis to support school improvement plans, track student progress, and identify trends.
- Train invigilators and coordinate exam sessions smoothly.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and data integrity.
2. Librarian
(Must have a degree in Library Science and prior experience as a librarian in an educational setting in the UAE)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the school library, including cataloging, circulation, and inventory.
- Foster a love of reading by creating engaging displays and running literacy programs.
- Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum needs and research skills development.
- Manage library budgets and oversee the acquisition of new resources.
- Ensure the library is a vibrant, organized, and welcoming learning hub for the entire school community.
- Knowledge of UAE-specific resources and censorship regulations is an advantage.
3. Teaching Assistants
(Must have experience in the same or a similar role)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the classroom teacher in the delivery of lessons.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom management.
- Support individual students or small groups with their learning activities.
- Help in maintaining a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.
- Supervise students during breaks, excursions, and other activities as required.
4. Learning Support Assistants
(Must have experience in the same or a similar role)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Inclusion/SENCO department to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide one-on-one or small group support.
- Adapt learning materials to make them accessible for all learners.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with personal care and physical needs, if required, ensuring student well-being.
