Job Summary:
The White Collar Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional, managerial, and executive positions. This role requires a consultant who can act as a strategic partner to clients, deeply understand their business needs, and utilize sophisticated sourcing techniques to attract the best passive and active candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from role intake and job description refinement to sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer negotiation.
- Client Partnership: Consult with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical needs, team culture, and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing methods (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, databases) to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
- Candidate Management: Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as the main point of contact and providing constructive feedback throughout the process.
- Market Mapping: Conduct industry-specific research and talent mapping to advise clients on market salary trends, availability of skills, and competitive intelligence.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate employment offers and contract terms between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in white-collar recruitment, either in an in-house HR/Talent Acquisition role or with an HR consultancy/recruitment agency.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience recruiting for the Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Oil & Gas sectors is highly desirable.
- Core Skills:

- Strong Negotiator: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
