We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Transportation Supervision to lead and manage transportation construction supervision services in Riyadh. The role is responsible for driving the supervision business, managing project delivery, ensuring quality, and optimizing cost, capacity, and resource utilization. The Senior Manager will also contribute to business development, mentor staff, and represent the organization in the professional engineering and construction community in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the Transportation Supervision Section, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and project delivery targets
-Oversee multidisciplinary supervision projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and stakeholders
-Guide proposal development, review contract terms, validate man-hour rates, and recommend margins and contingencies
-Manage supervision manpower deployment, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
-Monitor project progress, resolve major contractual issues, and coordinate with design and contract teams
-Ensure implementation of HSSE, quality control, and corporate policies across all projects
-Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums in Riyadh
-Contribute to strategic business growth and positioning in the local market
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
-PMP Certification; Chartered Professional Engineer (or equivalent) preferred
-15+ years of experience in construction supervision within top-tier consultancy or engineering firms, preferably in the Middle East; experience in KSA is a plus
-Strong knowledge of construction supervision services, international engineering standards, and local regulations in Riyadh
-Proven expertise in project management, business development, budgeting, and stakeholder management
-Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
