We are looking for a Senior Sales professional from a strong media / digital agency background to drive growth across the UAE and GCC.
This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role for someone who already has deep relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and advertiser decision-makers and knows how to convert those relationships into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation & closing
-Drive new business with media & digital agencies across UAE & GCC
-Leverage an existing personal network and agency database
-Sell media buying & optimization technology solutions
-Partner with leadership and product teams to scale regional growth
Requirements:
-Strong agency-side background (media, digital, performance, programmatic, trading)
-Proven experience selling adtech / martech / media optimization solutions
-Established relationships across UAE & GCC agencies (UAE & KSA preferred)
-Ability to independently open doors and close complex B2B deals
-8–15+ years of relevant experience
-English required | Arabic is a strong advantage
