We are looking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the UAE energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners
-Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
-Support tender submissions and vendor registrations (ADNOC & similar government entities)
-Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients
-Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
-2–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Knowledge of the UAE Oil & Gas market preferred
-Fluent in English (Mandatory)
