We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to strengthen market presence and increase revenue in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in OEM and MDA sales, along with expertise in Indirect Retail (IR) channel management. This role requires excellent relationship management skills and proven experience in B2B sales through distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in OEM, MDA, and Indirect Retail channels.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
- Prospect and generate new leads through market research and networking.
- Present product solutions and negotiate business deals.
- Manage and expand the indirect retail partner network.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Participate in trade events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience with OEM, MDA, and Indirect Retail channels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
