• Manage labor attendance and schedules
• Support site engineers in project execution
• Resolve minor site issues
• Ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct toolbox safety talks
• Maintain tools and equipment

Requirements:
• 5+ years construction site experience
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
