We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall project execution including planning, scheduling, and monitoring
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Supervise site engineers and construction teams
• Review construction drawings and technical specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Manage procurement and material planning
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for project updates
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
• Implement cost control and risk management strategies
• Maintain proper documentation and project records
• Ensure quality construction as per approved drawings
• Monitor manpower productivity and site performance
• Participate in project meetings and planning sessions
• Lead and motivate the project team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of project management tools and construction software
