We are urgently seeking an experienced Draftsman specializing in Swimming Pool and Landscape projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on UAE experience in preparing detailed technical drawings for pool construction and landscaping works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings for swimming pool and landscape projects
- Develop shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
- Modify drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
- Ensure drawings comply with UAE regulations and project specifications
- Assist in BOQ preparation when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in swimming pool & landscape companies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp/3D software preferred
- Strong understanding of construction details and technical standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
