We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in tendering and cost estimation, particularly in living quarters, technical buildings, E-Houses, data centers, and complete packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing breakdowns
- Analyze project scope and identify cost risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams for technical clarifications
- Support preparation and submission of competitive bids
- Maintain estimation databases and costing tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and tendering
- Experience in modular buildings, E-Houses, data centers, or similar industrial projects preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and costing methodologies
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders
