We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Executive to manage and oversee daily first mile and last mile logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce logistics, shipment coordination, and warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring timely and efficient delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage first mile and last mile delivery operations.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling, dispatching, and tracking activities.
- Monitor daily delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate package tracking and status updates in the system.
- Work closely with warehouse, fleet, customer service, and external delivery partners.
- Operate and maintain WMS and other logistics applications effectively.
- Handle escalations related to delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in First Mile / Last Mile operations.
- Hands-on experience with WMS and logistics systems.
- Strong knowledge of package tracking and shipment coordination.
- E-commerce logistics experience is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).
