We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Operations Executive – Air Freight to manage daily air freight operations and customer service activities. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE freight forwarding experience and the ability to coordinate shipments efficiently while ensuring compliance, cost control, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily air freight customer service and operational activities.
- Coordinate shipments with airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams.
- Prepare and verify air freight documentation (AWB, customs documents, invoices, etc.).
- Ensure timely booking of shipments and cargo space.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor costs and maintain service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding (Air Freight mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of air freight documentation and customs processes.
- Experience coordinating with airlines and international agents.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight systems.
