Key Responsibilities
Document Management
- Maintain document control registers
- Track incoming and outgoing documents
- Ensure proper version control
Coordination
- Distribute approved drawings and documents
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors
- Ensure timely submission of reports
Compliance
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
- Ensure documentation aligns with ISO standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
- Strong organizational skills
