Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a prestigious Abu Dhabi Government Entity under an outsourced, renewable contract. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-caliber talent aligned with organizational objectives.
This role requires a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the UAE market, particularly within consultancies, outsourcing agencies, or large multinational organizations (MNCs). The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of managing high-volume and specialized hiring requirements in a structured and compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job specifications
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to technical, operational, and leadership roles
- Prepare and post job advertisements across appropriate platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates through structured interviews
2️⃣ Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify high-potential candidates
- Develop talent pools for critical and recurring roles
3️⃣ Stakeholder Management
- Partner with department heads and HR leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment updates
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Manage expectations regarding timelines and hiring processes
4️⃣ Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain consistent communication with shortlisted candidates
- Represent the organization professionally during interviews and recruitment events
- Support employer branding initiatives where required
5️⃣ Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment processes align with UAE labor regulations and internal policies
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Coordinate with HR operations for offer issuance and onboarding documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Nationality: Filipino (as per role requirement)
- Minimum 7+ years of recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Strong UAE recruitment experience preferred
- Experience working in recruitment consultancies or outsourcing agencies is highly preferred
For Candidates Outside UAE:
- Must have experience working with large multinational organizations (MNCs)
- Exposure to structured, high-volume, and corporate recruitment environments
