We’re Hiring: Recruitment Officer

📍 Trio Café UAE

Trio Café UAE is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Officer to support our expanding operations across the UAE. This role will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for both café outlet positions and corporate office roles, ensuring timely hiring, strong talent pipelines, and effective coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding

• Develop and manage a structured candidate and CV database

• Partner with operational and corporate leaders to meet staffing needs

• Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting

• Assist with broader HR administrative and recruitment initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Strong recruitment experience in hospitality/F&B mandatory

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across departments
