We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee villa renovation projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works and proven expertise in supervising villa renovation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site activities for villa renovation projects
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Oversee and coordinate MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality control standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure materials and manpower are efficiently utilized
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising villa renovation projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering, MEP, or related field
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
