We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction and supervision projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, client coordination, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of construction and supervision projects
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, local regulations, and authority requirements
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when required
- Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and method statements
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare management reports
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in construction supervision
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex projects
- Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
