We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and support IT projects, drive process improvements, and ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best project management practices.
- Lead and guide project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong skills in project planning, documentation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to analyze systems and manage complex project dependencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, MCSE, or Cisco are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
