We are seeking a qualified Electrical FM Engineer with experience in Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems to manage and oversee maintenance operations in facilities management projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise electrical maintenance activities across facilities
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for maintenance work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and UAE regulations
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
- Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management
- Strong experience in Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards
