We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination of interior works.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage site activities efficiently, and ensure that projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the project site
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage workforce and allocate tasks efficiently
- Identify and resolve site issues and delays
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and regulations
- Review drawings and technical documents before execution
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
- Track materials usage and ensure proper handling on-site
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget
- Monitor finishing works including flooring, ceilings, partitions, and MEP coordination
- Assist in project handover and snagging activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and site procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction and fit-out processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good understanding of quality and safety standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential or commercial interior projects
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations
- Basic knowledge of MEP coordination
