Royal Keita Catering Services is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent, particularly within the hospitality and catering sector. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
- Develop and post job advertisements across job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Proactively source candidates through databases, networking, and headhunting techniques
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Prepare offer letters and assist in salary negotiations
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events when required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, hotel, or catering industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and hiring platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Strong networking and headhunting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
