Architecture & Planning Group is looking for an experienced Structural Draftsman to support the structural engineering team in preparing accurate technical drawings and construction documentation for building projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong drafting skills and extensive experience in architectural and engineering consultancy environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, layouts, and reinforcement details.
- Convert engineering concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on design updates and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing revisions.
- Assist engineers in preparing technical submissions.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
- 9+ years of structural drafting experience.
- Experience working with architecture/engineering consultancy firms in the GCC.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
