Factory Admin Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Factory Admin Coordinator will handle administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination within the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Coordinate between production, HR, and management
- Maintain attendance and staff records
- Handle purchase requests and inventory documentation
- Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
- Support logistics and dispatch coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in admin role (factory experience preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
