Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. This role involves tracking shipments, coordinating with suppliers and transporters, and maintaining accurate logistics records.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from order to delivery
Arrange transportation, shipment schedules, and delivery routes
Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse teams
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, LPOs, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities
Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, procurement)
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Knowledge of UAE logistics procedures and documentation
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Good understanding of import/export processes (preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills

Working Conditions:

Office and warehouse environment
May require coordination with field and transport teams
Occasional extended working hours depending on shipment schedules
