We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Technician – CAD/CAM Designer (Team Lead) to oversee our digital dental laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality production of dental restorations, and collaborate closely with dental professionals to achieve outstanding clinical and aesthetic results.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dental technicians and CAD/CAM designers
- Design and supervise the fabrication of dental restorations (crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, etc.) using advanced CAD/CAM software
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure optimal fit, function, and aesthetics
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all lab processes
- Troubleshoot complex cases and provide technical expertise
- Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technologies and train team members accordingly
📍 Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Technician and CAD/CAM Designer with leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings)
- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and prosthetics
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
