Job Title: Showroom Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement/warehouse teams
- Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and performance analysis
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail industries such as furniture, electronics, automotive, or fashion
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
